MELISSA VOGT, FLORIDA MEDIA GROUP
Melissa Vogt is the Lee County Publisher/Market Director for Florida Media Group, part of Hoffmann Media Group. Prior to this role, Melissa was the general manager and marketing director at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre where her responsibilities included leading the company’s marketing and public relations strategies while overseeing day to day operations and business development. She received TRAVELHOST Magazine’s Hospitality Award in 2011, was recognized as one of Gulfshore Business Magazine’s 40-Under-40 in 2017, and was a Young Professional of the Year finalist for The News-Press 2017 People of the Year. Melissa serves on the board of directors for the Florida Attractions Association, Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and Our Mother’s Home, volunteers on numerous committees for various organizations and is a champion for arts and tourism. A lifelong resident of Southwest Florida, her passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm for the community help her develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver results driven success.
ADDY EARLES, ADCELLERANT
Addy Earles is the Vice President of Sales at AdCellerant. Addy joined the AdCellerant team in April 2019 to spearhead internal and external training strategies and improve client success and satisfaction. Prior to joining AdCellerant, Addy was the Director of Digital Revenue for Schurz Communication, Inc. where she was responsible for growing and overseeing digital revenue for over 20 media properties. Addy joined the Schurz Corporate team in 2013 to help expand and manage the digital footprint beyond their O&O properties. She worked with digital sellers and properties across the country coaching and supporting media outlets in their digital ventures.
Previously, Addy held roles as a Digital Sales Manager for WSBT, a formerly-owned Schurz television station, for 5 years. During her tenure with the station, she was responsible for triple-digit digital growth and developing a stand-alone digital sales team. Before entering management, Addy was an Account Executive for WRTV and WXIN in Indianapolis, where she sold television and digital products to direct accounts and agencies. She got her start as a Media Buyer at the Indianapolis based agency, St. Claire Group.
Addy is a graduate of Butler University and is a proud Bulldog alumna. In her spare time, Addy enjoys flying airplanes and learning as much about the aviation world as possible. She resides in Evansville, Indiana, with her husband, Jeremy, and 11-year-old daughter, Amelia.
